SHIPPING POLICY
Candles and handmade products are made fresh to order and go through a series of quality checks before shipped to our customers. Please allow two business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping notification once the shipping label has been generated. We are committed to ensuring that your orders reach you in a timely manner and in perfect condition.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if you've changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, we've got you covered. Our straightforward refund or exchange policy is a testament to our commitment to your satisfaction.
Our return policy is 7 days after date of delivery. If you return your product within 7 days of recieving your product, we will be happy to accept the return for an refund or exchange. However, if it has been more than 7 days, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging in the same condition that you received it.
